We collect the information needed to operate Lodge Ledger, including account details such as email address, profile information, terms acceptance status, and timestamps.

We also collect bookkeeping and financial data you choose to add or sync, including transactions, income entries, receipts, invoices, booking confirmations, bank connection metadata, property details, maintenance records, and similar documents.

We use your data to provide bookkeeping, reporting, automation, document extraction, syncing, and insight features inside Lodge Ledger.

We do not sell your personal or financial data. We use it only to power the service, support users, improve product quality, and keep the platform secure.

Lodge Ledger uses third-party services to deliver parts of the product:

Supabase for authentication and database storage.

OpenAI for AI-powered extraction and insight generation.

Plaid for bank account connection and transaction import.

Resend for transactional emails.

NewsAPI for relevant industry news content.

You may update or delete many records directly in the app. You may also request account deletion by contacting support@lodgeledger.app.

When deletion is requested and verified, we will remove your account data from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backup retention and legal obligations.

Lodge Ledger uses essential session technologies required to keep you signed in and operate the product. We may also store product preferences needed for app behavior. We do not use Lodge Ledger to sell ad-targeting profiles based on your bookkeeping data.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain processing of your personal data, as well as rights against discrimination for exercising those rights where applicable.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including authenticated access controls and secure infrastructure providers. No online system is perfectly secure, so you should also protect your credentials and device access.
